A sad morning

For 14 years you have never let me down. But I guess 14 years is a long time. I was only a few days ago when we got together last. This morning, as I stood in front of my vanity, I held you in my hands as you took your last breath.

RIP my faithful hairdryer. You have served me well.

P.S. Who knew that a well positioned space heater works fantastically in drying you hair!

I knew that. Every girl with curly hair knows that. I am sure the electric space heater was invented before the hairdryer-diffuser attachment.

One of my curly haired friends sat in front of an electric space heater as part of her wedding-hair-do experience.
